The challenge
Bene Water runs various bottling lines for bottle sizes from 500 ml to 5 L. Each line has a rinse function for the bottles, and the client has treatment and hygiene requirements. The rinse equipment needs ongoing support and consumables.
The solution
Biozone supplied ozone treatment equipment with an oxygen supply for ozonated rinsing on the rinse function of Bene Water’s bottling lines, and provides ongoing equipment support.
- Ozonated rinsing: Biozone ozone treatment equipment for ozonated rinsing across various bottling lines, for bottles from 500 ml to 5 L.
- Oxygen supply: the equipment works with an oxygen supply, with the associated tubing, valves and components.
